1. Free Trial Period

You may sign up for a free fully functioning 90-day trial and try the service before making a purchase. During this trial period, you can:

  • Test all functionalities
  • Evaluate service suitability for your needs
  • Cancel anytime before trial ends with no charges

Reminder: The 90-day free trial is designed to give you ample time to evaluate our services and determine if they meet your needs before making any financial commitment.

2. Subscription Purchases

Once you purchase a subscription after the free trial period:

  • All charges are final and non-refundable
  • We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods
  • No refunds for unused time on a subscription
  • No refunds for subscription downgrades

3. Premium Service Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium Service subscription at any time on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Instructions on how to cancel are available within the app settings.

Cancellation Deadlines:
  • Monthly Subscriptions: You must cancel at least 1 day before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period
  • Annual Subscriptions: You must cancel at least 1 day before the renewal date
Post-Cancellation Access:

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Premium Service features through the end of your then-current subscription period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, PalKeeper may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds or credits when:

Technical Issues:
  • Service is unavailable for extended periods (more than 48 consecutive hours)
  • Critical functionality is broken and cannot be restored within reasonable time
Billing Errors:
  • Duplicate charges for the same subscription period
  • Incorrect billing amounts charged
  • Unauthorized transactions (after verification)

Note: Any refunds granted are at PalKeeper's sole discretion and do not set a precedent for future requests.

5. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances:

  1. Contact our support team at support@PalKeeper.com within 7 days of the charge
  2. Provide your account email and transaction details
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any supporting documentation or evidence

Processing Timeline:

  • Initial response within 48 business hours
  • Investigation period: 3-5 business days
  • If approved, refund processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds credited to original payment method

6. Promotional Subscriptions

For promotional or discounted subscriptions:

  • Same no-refund policy applies
  • Promotional rates are non-transferable
  • Cannot be combined with other offers
  • PalKeeper reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or within the Mobile Application. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
