Age-Based Content Policy and Minor Account Compliance Notice

PalKeeper ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us") hosts and distributes user-generated content that may be subject to age-based classification, filtering, restriction, or moderation. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that content availability, visibility, and interaction capabilities may be limited or modified based on the age associated with your account.

Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years ("Minors") are prohibited from creating or maintaining independent accounts. A Minor may only access the Platform through an account established, verified, and controlled by a parent or legal guardian who is at least eighteen (18) years of age ("Guardian"). The Guardian must link the Minor’s account to their own account and assumes full legal responsibility for all activities conducted under the Minor’s account.

By creating or managing a Minor account, the Guardian expressly represents and warrants that they have the legal authority to consent on behalf of the Minor and agree to supervise, monitor, and control the Minor’s use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, oversight of content access, communications, privacy settings, and any data shared or generated by the Minor.

The Platform may provide tools, features, or controls intended to assist Guardians in managing Minor accounts, including content filtering, activity monitoring, and communication restrictions. However, such tools are provided "as is" without any guarantee of completeness or effectiveness. PalKeeper disclaims any liability arising from a Guardian’s failure to adequately supervise or control a Minor’s use of the Platform.

All users are required to contribute to maintaining a safe community environment by ensuring that any content they create, upload, or share is properly classified and filtered prior to posting through the selection of the appropriate audience or age-based visibility settings provided by the Platform. Users agree not to misclassify, obscure, or intentionally bypass such controls.

Any violation of content classification, age-based filtering requirements, or related safety controls shall be deemed a material breach of this Policy and the Platform’s Terms of Service. PalKeeper reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take enforcement action, including but not limited to content removal, account restriction, suspension, or permanent account deactivation, with or without prior notice.

PalKeeper reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request age verification, parental consent documentation, or other identifying information to confirm compliance with this policy and applicable laws, including but not limited to child protection and data privacy regulations. Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of the associated account(s).

Any account determined to be in violation of age requirements, including accounts created by Minors without verified Guardian consent, may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice. PalKeeper further reserves the right to remove, restrict, or report content or activity that violates applicable laws or Platform policies.

Upon a Minor reaching the age of eighteen (18), the Minor account will automatically transition into an independent Legal Age Account, subject to the Platform’s then-current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. At such time, the user assumes full legal responsibility for their account and all associated activities, and Guardian oversight privileges will be revoked unless otherwise required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PalKeeper disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to (a) misrepresentation of age, (b) unauthorized account creation by Minors, (c) failure of Guardian supervision, or (d) misuse or circumvention of age-based content filtering mechanisms.
