Request A Copy of Your Information

PalKeeper collects and retain user’s name, gender, email, location, phone number and/or phone service provider information during registration for authentication and functionality purposes.

We also record and retain contents you create on our platform. Contents you create on our platforms are automatically erased from our records after 90 days. This helps us free up storage space for our services, thus, allowing faster data processing, server speed and stability. Read our privacy policy to understand more about how we use the information we collect.

You can request a copy of your personal information we collect and any of your generated data available in our record be emailed you here.

ACCOUNT DELETION

You can request to have your PalKeeper account deleted. Deleting your account will also remove your personal information and all other data related to you from the PalKeeper platform. However, note that, it will take at least 90 days from day of deletion request for your account with all associated information to be completely removed from our services.

To delete your account, simply tap your profile photo in the app and follow the following steps: tap the settings icon > expand Profile > tap Manage Account > tap Delete Account and follow the prompt.

If app is installed but keep crashing [Android]
Try the following steps if an app installed on your phone has any of these problems:

Isn’t working properly. If the app that isn’t working is an Instant App, try these troubleshooting steps instead.

After each step, restart your phone to see if it fixed the issue.
Note: Some of these steps work only on Android 8.1 and up. Learn how to check your Android version.

Step 1 - Restart and Update

Important: Settings can vary by phone. For more info, contact your device manufacturer.

  • 1. On most phones, press your phone”s Power button for about 30 seconds or until your phone restarts. You might need to tap Restart.

  • 2. You might need to tap Restart.

    Check for Android updates

  • Open your phone”s Settings app.
  • Open your phone”s Settings app. Near the bottom, tap System > Advanced > System update.
  • You”ll find your update status. Follow any steps on the screen. Update the app

  • Open the Google Play Store app. .
  • the top right, tap the profile. icon.
  • Tap Manage apps & devices. . icon.
  • Under “Updates available,” . choose to update PalKeeper. app.
  • Step 2 - Check App Permission
    In some cases, you will have to check app permissions and grant the ones requested by the app. Go to Settings > Apps app. Now tap on “Permissions” and grant required permissions.
    Step 3 - Free up Storage Space
    Apps can sometimes crash when the storage space is not adequate. You will have to clear up your storage space by deleting unwanted apps and files. Go to Settings > Apps to uninstall unwanted apps and games.
    Step 4 - Check for a Large App Issues
    If the two steps above don’t help, you can try the following: Force stop the app
    Force stop the app You can usually force stop an app through your phone’s Settings app. Settings can vary by phone.
    To do this, go to Settings > Apps and tap PalKeeper app and then tap on ‘Force stop’. Now try opening the app again and see if it works well. If it doesn”t, Clear the app”s cache or data
    You can try clearing the app data.
  • You can try clearing the app data. You can usually clear an app’s cache and data through your phone’s Settings app. Settings can vary by phone.
  • Temporarily free up space when you clear cached data. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again.
    Go to Settings > Apps and select PalKeeper and tap on ‘Clear data’ or ‘Clear data’ This will delete all the data saved in the app and you will have to set it up once again.
    Now try opening the app again and see if it works well. If it doesn”t,
  • Step 5 - Resintall the App
    If performing all the above steps does not work, you can try to reinstall the app. Simply uninstall the app and download it from the Play Store again.
    Caution: Any data saved in this app will be erased.
    Open your phone”s Settings app > Tap Apps > Tap All apps > Tap the PalKeeper app > Tap Uninstall > Tap OK.
    Search the PalKeeper app on Playstore and reinstall it again.
